At the Tea Junction, we are proud to offer a wide range of products, we offer an extensive range of teas including traditional, Green and fruit flavoured teas, we also have around a hundred traditional, blended and special gourmet flavoured coffees which we sell as as dry products. We also supply a range of Tea and Coffee making equipment, from coffee grinders both electric and manual to Cafetiers and Teapots.

We also have a small coffee bar area where you can enjoy a drink and snack with us.

Orders over £10 are postage Free. 

Orders under £10 will have postage added at current Royal mail prices, an email will be sent to relevant customers to inform them of the cost of postage and to acquire authorization to add the amount to their payment, once the order is ready for dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment for postage is refused. 

 

Instructions on how to Login/create an account.

Here are step by step instructions for New & Existing customers to Login/create an account on the new site. To do so, you first have to place an order. 

As Follows:-

1. click on SHOP

2. Choose products ( Tea or Coffee) from list once you have found the item you would like - click on BUY button.

3. Choose weight required - then if Tea click on BUY button which will add item to basket, With Coffee you will also need to select the grind required.

4. Once you have everything you wish to buy, (on the shopping basket screen) press ORDER NOW button.

5. You will then be asked to enter all your details ( this will then create your account,  you only have to do this once) the system will then send you an email from (The Tea Junction) with a unique PASSWORD (keep this safe). 

 6. You will then be asked to pay for your order with Sage Pay.

 7. Once you receive your email, you should login to 'thetjunction' website as soon as possible, you will need to enter the Email address used to register & the unique PASSWORD sent to you in the email,  the Customer Login Box, (please do not include the full stop at the end of the password)

 8. Press Go.

Your Account screen should appear which says – Welcome   Mr/Mrs/Miss xxxxxx (your Name) You will also see 4 boxes :- (My Addresses)  (My Contact Details)  (My Password)  (My orders).

Below the (My Password box) is (Change Password) click this button a new screen will open to allow you to create a new password of your own, confirm password and then press UPDATE. 

 

HOW TO RESET PASSWORD

If You forgotton  your Account password , you may reset your details using the following  steps

 * In The customer login box, enter  (username) if not already shown (which is the original email address used to create account, case sensitive)

If  however, you no longer have that email address used to create account, you can create a new account with your new Email Address - following the steps show on this page above). 

 * Highlight and delete the existing password (if one is shown)

 * And click  (forgot details)

 A Recover password window, will then appear on the main part of the screen which tells you to enter your email address below, in the box (delete example email if shown and enter your email address)this MUST be the original email address that you used when you registered to opened your account. In the same formatt as originally used, as it is case sensitive.

 * Once you have entered your email address click (recover button) and log out of

 (The Tea junction) website.

 Check your emails,  you should receive a (Recover password)  email from The Tea Junction,

 Which will contain the message (To log in please use email address ------  and password xxxx)

 DO NOT include the full stop at the end of the password. 

 Also please check if your password contains a letter ( o ) or number ( 0 ) that you use the

 right one, and it is case sensitive.

* Then login to www.thetjunction.co.uk  website.

* In the customer Login box – delete old password and enter the new password from your Recover email – click/press the (Go)

A new screen should appear which says – Welcome   Mr/Mrs xxxxxx (your Name)

You will also see 4 boxes :- (My Addresses)  (My Contact Details)  (My Password)  (My orders).

* Below the (My Password box) is (Change Password) click this button a new screen will open to allow you to create a new password of your own, confirm password and then press UPDATE.

If your computer stores your passwords – it will ask if you want to (save your new password) – click the save option.

* Then logout of the website to give it a couple of seconds to update your details, before logging back-in. Your new details should automatically be saved in the customer  log in box.

(please note: All email addresses & passwords are Case sensitive - keep your password safe for future reference.
